This year’s Cup Day events at Ellerslie and Addington brought our members, suppliers and team together for two brilliant days of connection, conversations and camaraderie. Here’s a look at what made these gatherings so special.
This year’s Cup Day events at Ellerslie and Addington were a chance for our network to come together, connect in person and enjoy time away from the day-to-day demands of running an electrical business. Both gatherings brought members, suppliers and the NZ Trade Group team into the same space, creating plenty of opportunities for genuine conversations, shared insight and industry connection.
Across both events, the highlight was the strength of the relationships within our community. Members caught up with one another, met with our Regional Managers, and spent time chatting with suppliers including J.A. Russell Ltd, Schneider Electric, Simx, Signify, Halcyon, ESC and Legrand. These partnerships are an important part of how our network operates, and it was great to see those connections continue to grow.
Cup Day also provided a relaxed environment for members to share what’s happening in their businesses - from current challenges to upcoming plans - and for our team to understand how we can best support them moving forward. Events like these reinforce the value of the NZ Trade Group community: a network built on collaboration, trust and shared experience.
