What are the requirements for joining NZ Trade Group?

To join NZ Trade Group, you must be a registered electrical business in New Zealand. You must also agree to align the majority of your material purchasing with J.A. Russell Ltd or Radcliffe Electrical.

As a member of NZ Trade Group, you will gain access to a range of valuable resources and services. These include Katipolt, a revolutionary business management software, wholesale pricing at J.A. Russell Ltd and Radcliffe Electrical, comprehensive business support services such as HR advice, training, and coaching, and the opportunity to connect with a network of other electrical businesses.

How much does it cost to join NZ Trade Group?

New members are offered a 3-month settling-in period before membership fees begin. After this period, the monthly fee is $250.00 + GST.

Can I leave NZ Trade Group at any time?

Yes, you can leave NZ Trade Group at any time by giving 30 days' notice.

Do I have to use Katipolt software?

No, you are not required to use Katipolt software, but it is highly recommended. Katipolt is an exclusive benefit included in your membership fee.

Can I still join NZ Trade Group if my business does more that domestic electrical work?

Yes, NZ Trade Group is open to electrical businesses of all sizes and specialties.

I’m a new business, can you help me get set up?

Absolutely! Once you have your business registered and an account open at J.A. Russell Ltd, our Regional Manager will guide you through the setup process. We'll connect you with essential industry partners for business insurance, health and safety, HR policies and contracts, training, and more. Our team is dedicated to providing personalised support and assistance to help your new business thrive.
